I am a paper-cut artist living in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. 

Paper-cutting is my passion! 

Paper cutting originated in the 4th century after Chinese official Cai Lun, invented paper in 105 AD. In Germany, the art is referred to as scherenschnitte meaning, "scissor cuts."

I love what I do because it is a unique art. I sketch and cut, by hand, with an x-acto blade. I find it very relaxing.

I started paper-cutting while attending my last year at Western Kentucky University. I had received an intricate, Chinese cut from a dear colleague and started my love for cutting paper!

Paper Anniversary Gifts

Since reopening my Etsy in 2020, I have become to realize what my buyers like-- paper anniversary gifts. Happy Anniversary

Anniversary Gift Happy 3rd anniversary to my husband, Tristan! We've had many happy times together.  Tristan and I met in 2015 when the Wicker family played music at my brother's wedding.  Later in 2015, we started dating! We lived five hours apart and still made it. I finally moved to North Carolina in June 2016 and we got married in October 2017.  Wow, how the times flies! I was certainly on cloud 9.
